At the end of the tax period a client is entitled to request refunds for the overpayment of taxes on income received from securities by sending his tax return to the tax authority, in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

The taxation of the income received from foreign securities is performed in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
